With the Rail Trail at your front door and the Bright Golf Course down the road, this holiday house is the perfect spot to base your Bright getaway. The added bonus of being pet friendly means the whole family can holiday together. The property provides ample parking and leafy vistas from all windows.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

All bedding and bath towels are provided.

KITCHEN
This property has a fantastic kitchen complete with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and family sized fridge/freezer. All crockery and cutlery are provided so you can cook for everyone with ease.

DINING & LOUNGE
The open plan dining and lounge room is the perfect place for everyone to come together with direct access to the rear garden via the sliding doors. Comfortable couches and a flat screen TV and DVD player provide a spacious area to relax and unwind after a day enjoying all the nearby activities. Make the most of the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends as WIFI is not available at this property and mobile phone reception is intermittent.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI and mobile reception is unreliable.

HEATING & COOLING
Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans providing comfort for the warmer nights with the king room having a split system. The lounge also has a reverse cycle air-conditioner heating/cooling the open plan area.

BATHROOMS
Downstairs - Shower over bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs - Shower and toilet
Laundry - There is an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry

OUTDOORS
The securely fenced rear yard complete with BBQ is a safe environment for your pet to enjoy whilst you are entertaining outside. There is a clothesline and plenty of off-street parking for up to three cars. With the Rail Trail at your door step you can bring your bikes and ride into town in under 10 minutes or head to Porepunkah for a change of scenery.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer along with iron and ironing board. There is a toilet in the laundry for guests convenience.

PARKING
There is ample parking for 3 cars on a level surface.

Pretty comfortable for 10 of ua and our dogs. aircon sufficient for size of property, could do with single beds as adults don't do top bunks. Hot water run out 10pm at night and had to figure out how to fix as no instructions and gas tak where low. Lawn needs mowing and fences are in very bad state if your dog is out side need to keep eye on the all them times, bbq is very wobbly ans gas needs refilling. These are all small things.that need seeing too. They didn't have much impacted overall we had a lovely stay

Excellent family accommodation.

This property was very clean, extremely well equiped, and with very comfortable beds. The property is dog friendly as both front and rear yards are secure. Advertising photographs of the property were however a little deceptive as they showed everything larger than it was in reality. Proximity of this property to all attractions of the area was excellent ensuring a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this property to all wanting a relaxing easy holiday in Bright and the high country region.

Perfect Property

This property was perfect for a large family with adult children as well as the family pets. Loved the location and the size of the property. It had everything we needed. Loved walking into Bright along the river track.

Had a great time in Bright!

Bright lived up to its reputation as an MTB Mecca. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A little too far out of town to walk, but in a great location. For the price, Wi-Fi would have been nice.

Some Issues

Nice house but had some problems. Main one is there is no internet- the ad doesn’t say so but leaves it to you to figure out from the lack of being included in amenities. That would be OK if it wasn’t for the fact there is no mobile coverage either. That should have been made MUCH clearer in the ad. Could have been cleaner- mess in the freezer, stuff under rugs. Air con in bedroom actually pumped out hot air because the filters were completely clogged. Good spot- away from centre of Bright but close enough.

Lovely house and great location

Great little 4 bedroom house with a great yard for dogs. Loved the walking track right outside the gate and very close to Bright town. House was a little musty smelling when we went in, but we aired it out, and it was fine after that. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Perfect for 2 families

Clean and tidy property, all linen provided. With the location phone service is limited would be handy for the property to have wifi just to be contactable when travelling in a group setting
