"Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. A huge shout-out to the front desk attendant who checked us in with a great attitude at 10:30 PM, and was back bright and early at 8:30 AM covering an extra shift with the same friendly energy. Breakfast was equally great, largely thanks to Karl (with a "K"). He ran a tight ship—everything on the buffet was constantly stocked and kept immaculate, and he personally greeted every...

"Room wasn’t very clean. There was a used bar of soap left in shower. Bathroom wasn’t very clean!"

"Very few outlets available and none near bed to use for CPAP machine. HVAC control was very difficult to regulate; seemed to be colder than setting."

"Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving."

"What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably."

"Good"

"The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th"

"Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while"

"Overall sanitation was excellent."

"The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly."

"No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with"
