Mercearia de todos os alimentos, restaurantes, padaria, etc. tem tudo! Rápido acesso à pé para St germain, Marais, 1eme !!! Muito bom!!! O sofá cama é confortável. A ducha é ótima. A cozinha com o mínimo necessário. Encontrei limpo. Porém, o processo de check in e check out é horrível. Recomendo muito que seja reavaliado! E modificado!"

"This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one."

"Communication with the host was fantastic. Super clean apartment with views as advertised. Steps from the Arc and Champs Elysees. Just make sure to go to 16 and not 16 Bis to save any confusion when accessing the property. "

"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. "

"So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS. "It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old."

En revanche, après, plus de messages...J'ai appelé à plusieurs numéros et envoyé un m message sur le WhatsApp avec lequel il mon contacté. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai oublié un médicament dans le frigo avec plein réfrigérateur, je n'ai eu aucun retour à mes messages. La location est beaucoup dans le paraître, il y a des couverts, des assiettes mais pas de table pour manger ! ...
