This lovingly restored Victorian railway carriage blends nostalgia with comfort, where original features such as chunky carriage handles, brass lamps, sash windows and leather window straps whisper stories of journeys long past. Inside, the warm and welcoming saloon transforms effortlessly from a cosy seating area into a comfortable double bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. On cooler evenings, the beautifully restored French monopole coal stove glows gently, complemented by a wall heater to keep things snug whatever the season. A thoughtfully equipped kitchen provides everything you need with a microwave/grill oven, 2 ring induction hob, sink and fridge. There is a bathroom with W/C and electric shower ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is unique.

Step outside and you’ll find your own enclosed garden, a peaceful haven overlooking open meadow fields rolling towards distant hills. As the sun begins to set, the sky often puts on a spectacular show, best enjoyed from the charming Roadman’s Van, where you can sit with a drink and soak in the stillness.
