"Spent 3 nights in Batty’s barn for a wedding where our family stayed in all 3 properties on the farm. The farm is beautiful with loads of colours from the wild flowers. The welcome basket with bread, butter, jam etc was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Ed was super helpful so much so member of the wedding party broke down in the day of the wedding and he helped bringing the family member to the wedding venue being a true life saver! Beds were lovely and comfy and the house was lovely...

"We had a great stay ...house was lovely, well equipped & communication was very good with owner."

"Great place and so close to everything, balcony needs a bit of a clean and the view was a bit disappointing but overall had a great time "

"This is our second time staying at Seacliffe and it was perfect for us as a family of 5 and a small dog. The house has everything you need, lots of space and a lovely patio and garden."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and hosts. The home is so well appointed, down to the silverware. Every detail is rich and inviting. Please ask for the breakfast. If the weather is beautiful you can ask for breakfast in the garden. Fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, and home made warm from the oven croissants and chocolate croissants. For a very reasonable price. Ask about watching a sunset from the ruins of a Roman fort! The owner has a wonderful map with local sites and...

"A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when...

"This was a great place for our family get together. A gorgeous property and Bea location"

"Beautiful rustic property, very cosy and clean, great communication from booking to the final stay date. A special thanks to Helen who promptly popped over to help us with the oven which was a little technical :) "

"The house was outstanding, probably the best we’ve ever experienced. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable for our family of 5, and convenient to the sites in the area. We would stay there again if we return."

"Beautiful barn that was clean and tidy. Very welcoming host and very generous welcome hamper. Will be booking again! "

"I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of the best places I have stayed"

"Lovely clean property It had everything we needed Would highly recommend"

"We wanted a no thrills stay to get away for a weekend with friends and the cottage offered just that. It was located on a quiet farm with lots of land. We brought along our dog that enjoyed the garden with the cottage. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were lovely. We would definitely come and stay again, in fact we will be planning another visit in the new year."
