"the apartment and stairway was basically clean and not to a high standard, the kitchen window was very dirty and hidden behind a net curtain which to me dated the place, the apartment in general wasnt to a high standard and finish, but that aside we enjoyed the stay"

"Perfect location for a beach holiday. Stunning views of the bay and a short walk from the beach, either down the concrete slipway at the yacht club or down some steps down onto the dunes from the coast path. Grand children loved it. The apartment was really nicely decorated and had everything you might need. We will definitely be coming back."

"The apartment was a wonderful base for our trip to Bridlington. Beautifully clean with lovely extras like milk, cereal, bread and jam, and all the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided. A great effort has been made to make the apartment feel like home and it was really appreciated. Great location just a short walk to the front with many amenities nearby. "

"This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. Some reviews commented on the smallness of the shower. It certainly was...

"Lovely quiet location, amazing sea views, with sunrise particularly stunning, and the lucky sighting of dolphins one day! Comfortable and well furnished, heating easy to control. Beds not as large as we are used to, and pillows not too comfy, so no really good night's sleep. If the owner could ever put a glass front to the balcony, so you could sit and see the view, that would put the flat into another tier of excellence. Also, couldn't unlock the balcony door to get out onto it. However, this...

"Perfect for an overnight stay for a concert at the Spa. Living, kitchen area comfortable, beds excellent. Communication with manager easy and detailed. Flat was warm and welcoming. Parking permit was appreciated. Thank you."
