"Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. "The property is nestled in the pretty countryside and is very peaceful. The lodge was impeccably clean, warm and comfortable. "We were in Yeovil for a few days to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum. It had everything we needed for a self catering stay but was also close to shops and some restaurants. It was just like the photos and felt quite indulgent. I'd happily go back there."
