"Overall we loved the jacussi and pool, as they worked very well as all appliances and a/c, etc. The property manager is nice and answered our inquiries, but we should have been informed of key and lockbox well before the travel day. The cleanliness was fair at best. The bathroom has a moldy smell, the shower curtain stained. Kitchen cabinets not very clean, the window sills dirty, especially the back screen door. Take a look. Easy access to downtown New Buffalo, wineries, Breweries and other beach towns like St. Joseph and SouthHaven. Quiet neighborhood. Very Lake Michigan vibe. "Loved our stay in Michiana. Fantastic location, great neighborhood with private beach access just a short walk away. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Rental was clean and instructions were clear. One note would be that the bed on the main level was a bit uncomfortable, would love for it to be upgraded to a new mattress and king size. "Home was clean and seems newly updated with a very well supplied kitchen. The neat round shape makes the home have a unique layout, but we had plenty of room and the furnishings were comfortable. We enjoyed the deck space, outdoor fire pit and hammock. Several game options the kids enjoyed. "My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. "This house is truly a hidden gem! It has everything you would need for vacation and was very clean. It has plenty of space for the family and we loved that we could bring our dogs. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to everything you need. Hagar Beach is great and we loved spending time at St. Joseph's. The hot tub was amazing!"
