"I enjoyed my stay - my room was nice, clean , and quiet. Staff were all very helpful and polite.
My only complaint is that there was no closet or even wall pegs to hang up a coat or garment back so my suit wouldn’t be wrinkled. With fall weather coming, people will need to have some place to hang up jackets rather than having to throw them over the sofa."
"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place.
The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk.
She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"

"O hotel é confortável, bom e limpo! Para quem está de carro é uma boa opção para se hospedar em relação a downtown, pois o acesso é rápido. O cafe da manhã tem pouco espaço e pode ter que esperar por mesas.

"The nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, spotless clean bathroom lovely continental breakfast exceptional stay. Beautiful area too. "
"Holly and Chrissie at the front desk are exceptional! They were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of the area. The hot breakfast included waffles (an absolute MUST in my book). The rooms are dated but the price and friendly staff make up the difference. The cleanliness, the water pressure and parking... All top notch. We were able to hang out with friends in the small patio area (there was a grill available to guests also) instead of having to go to somewhere. I recommend 😀"
"The room was very clean and the staff was great. I received 3 different messages asking if there was anything else they could do and if we needed anything. Instead of just assigning me a room I was asked if the 3rd floor would be okay."
