"We used the house as a “base station” while we explored the area, like the cast iron lodge in South Pittsburgh and the different attractions in Chattanooga. The house was located close enough to be roughly 20-30 mins away from all the attractions but far enough away so that we could have peace and quiet."

"The cabin is a hidden GEM! We loved it. It was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It was quiet and the view was AMAZING!! It is close to Chatanooga to do touristy things but tucked away enough to relax and unwind. It is very close to an amazing State Park that has beautiful biking trails. We just cant say enough good things about the cabin and the location."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Above the Clouds Chalet! The house was spacious and full of unique antiques for us to look at and enjoy. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with most everything we needed down to paper towels and garbage bags. They had even supplied our favorite coffee for the coffee maker! We used the deck quite a bit, eating our meals outside, as well as using the hot tub which was on the end of the deck. The deck supplied you with views of the valley, no matter the time of day....

"I wanted to fons a secluded and relaxing escape for the weekend. We traveled in for a triathlon in Chattanooga, and this cabin was perfect! I felt so at peace. It was very clean and Rachel was super responsive. There was no cell service, which was fine for us. The wifi worked great."

Make sure to list the qty of your party as this listing charges extra per person after 2 & only provides towels for the number in your reservation. Beds were very comfortable. "Our Alabama vacation adventures have come to an end but the memories made will surely last a lifetime. Our week was full of everything from fishing, fire flies, fishing, NASA Space Exploration, fishing, Veterans Memorial museum, fishing, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, fishing, and a little swimming.
