"Sarah was extremely responsive and accommodating during my friend’s and I’s stay. She never overstepped our boundaries and gave us our space to do our activities. "My husband and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful studio. It was truly a great retreat before my surgery for cancer. The hosts were prompt in communicating but even more thoughtful in their approach to our comfort for the stay. We decided to park in the parking garage next to the building, as we found it easier than trying to find a space on the street. We found a great Thai place a few minutes away as well. Highly recommend this Vrbo. "

"O quarto era bem grande, porém super velho, a cama era horrível, muito barulhenta. No último dia saímos pela manhã para passear e quando voltamos a porta do quarto estava totalmente aberta. A camareira que limpou o quarto deixou a porta aberta encostada. Por sorte não sumiu nada mas o quarto passou o dia todo aberto ! Café da manhã bem fraco e poucas opções. "

"O hotel em si é bom, mas o café da manhã e a limpeza da área do lobby deixam a desejar. Em alguns dias, itens básicos como leite e suco de laranja não foram repostos. No banheiro deveriam instalar uma ducha higiênica. Depois de voltarmos das comemorações de Ano Novo por volta das 2h da manhã, saímos do elevador e fomos para o nosso quarto, mas havia fezes de cachorro no corredor e ninguém as limpou. Absurdo. A equipe do hotel é atenciosa. Pelo preço cobrado, o serviço deveria ser melhor."
