"We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late...

"The place was great but one thing the listing doesn’t tell you is that there is no living room or couch. Even though it has two bedrooms, it feels more like a studio apartment."

"This location has several nice touches including a plate of cookies, some toiletries, and decorations that made it feel cozy. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. There are ear plugs provided in the unit which help somewhat. Another note is that there weren't many details about parking. There is metered street parking (free on weekends) and a...

"I kept smelling a light sulfur smell in my room. My theory was that the traps had just run dry and some smell was coming up from the drains, but those drains probably need to be bleached. The smell went away after I ran water in the sink and shower.
Other than that, it was good."
