"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. "Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"We had a great stay with our dog, Dougal. The cottage was very comfortable had everything you need, garden was lovely and great for sitting out. The big field attached was great for quick walks with Dougal. The off road walks from the cottage were relaxing and everyone we met was very friendly. Alison met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. We would definitely book here again. Thank you Alison for a lovely stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Nicely laid out property and great views of the valley, hills, and mountains. The property is nice and modern. I found the beds comfortable, but my friend said they were a little soft and bouncy. We loved that we could watch Netflix and television easily. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland.
