"The room was well laid out and stylish. The bathroom was very good with a great bath. I am not that tall but it was not too big, so did not sink under the water half drowning and would still have suited a tall person or a couple. Shower was large with rainfall and regular shower head, and towels in easy reach. The breakfast was good. The staff were not smilers though and I like being around perky people in the morning as always wake up happy. I was traveling alone and found this was not a good...

"The location of this hotel can not be beat . Front desk staff both on check in and check out were very friendly and concerned for us to have a good stay . I used both the fitness center and the pool both experiences very positive . The rooms are dated and need renovating but very clean. The breakfast was great . Was there NYE was perfect place to see fireworks . "

"Room was spacious and clean and bed large and comfy. Only downside was noise of air conditioning from building opposite at back of building complex. Couldn’t sit on balcony due to drone of fans and had to close windows at night - still could hear a little. Thankfully we were so tired we slept well. Lovely receptionist on Xmas/ Boxing Day. Very helpful. "

"Avoid this hotel. It has no respect whatsoever for its customers. I stayed in room 607, and on the same floor, an all-night party took place—noisy, with people screaming in the corridors, making it impossible for anyone else to sleep. I politely asked the guests to lower their voices, called and spoke twice with the reception, all to no effect. The management showed total disregard for the comfort and rights of other guests. I didn’t expect Australians to behave in such a gross and selfish manner, nor did I expect a hotel to tolerate this level of disrespect. The result: a miserable sleepless night. I might as well have slept on a park bench for the same outcome."
