"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

"The location is great, convenient for dining and getting to the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old; the TV didn't work and the hairdryer couldn't be used at high temperatures. Surprisingly, the trash cans hadn't been emptied on the day of check-in! Aside from that, there really weren't any flaws."

We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a...
