"The bed was in good condition, the towels were new and clean, and the breakfast had a healthy option with fruit and proteins such as scrambled eggs. The only problem was the bathtub with a reduced drain. The service at breakfast with Mrs. Bev was fantastic, as was the service at the front desk with Mrs. Rosie (Sneha)."

"It was a horrible experience. The walls are so thin that I could hear the people next door coughing. After listening to a male and female fight, swear and throw things, I called the front office at 12:15 am to get them to quiet down. That was after 2+ hours of listening to that nonsense. I don’t think anything was done because at 5:30am it started all over again. Also, when we went up to get some coffee in the morning, there was a woman who looked homeless sitting at one of the tables...

"Room was cleaned and smelled wonderful. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great - waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal etc., something for everyone."
