"We arrived to find little containers of milk in the fridge, as the room was not service daily these were not supplied again. Having to make the bed myself when I am paying a lot of money for the room is very disappointing. The TV had no sound and had to watch the news in silence. I managed to find some staff in the carpark, the young man was friendly and helpful but did say that it had happened before and that you had to press some button on the back of the TV. "The resort is in the middle of nowhere,you must come by your own transport,which was rather disappointing, the best thing about it was it is good value, swimming pool desperately needed cleaning, tiles missing, spa non existent, gym locked, the weather was good, eating in the golf club was good."

"The manager was more than accommodating assisting us to have a quiet room upstairs. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed linen is high quality and comfortable beds. "Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

"Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep."

"Needs dinner plates and cutlery in the room. A microwave would also be helpful."
