"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"I would not stay again. The windows leaked when it rained. We called and spoke to the manager and he asked “What do you want me to do” Wow! There 5 days, never cleaned our room. We asked for clean washcloths, they said they had no clean washcloths in the whole hotel. Some of the staff did not show good customer service. Can not believe this is a Hilton hotel. Hilton needs to pay them a visit and get things in order."

"This place by far is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. "Breakfast was great and the very kind woman, Janet, was wonderful. I would stay here again just based upon my breakfast experience alone.
As far as the room goes, the bed was comfortable. However the door on room 322 seemed to act like it was jammed and then not want to open. The a/c was a little janky too.
The lobby area in the entrance was clean but it smelled moldy"

"The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again."

"The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!”
The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309.
I have pictures to validate my statement.
I will never visit this hotel again.
Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable."

"Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars."
