Ideally located, you don't need your car to access the slopes and lifts of the Briançon Valley - Serre Chevalier. The gaming casino is around the corner. The ESF and the ski/snowboard/sledge equipment stores are located on the first floor of the building.

The accommodations are located on the 4th floor of a quiet building with 4 apartments on the landing and a lift.

It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen as follows:

- 2 coffee machines (capsules and filters) and 1 kettle
