Cozy Bear Condo

Summary:

Welcome to our cozy Bear Condo! This clean, open 1-bedroom has a new king bed, queen sofa bed, and bunk beds. The large kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Enjoy hiking, biking, ATV, and Jeep trails nearby, plus rentals. Just 5 minutes from Cedar Breaks, a hidden gem. Relax in cool mountain temps, swim, or soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure. Comfortable, clean, and perfect for your mountain getaway!



The Space:

Easy parking is available in the heated garage with first-come, first-served spaces. From the garage, head up one flight of stairs to Level 1, then go right and take a left. Once inside, you’ll find a warm, cozy living room featuring a fireplace, a sofa bed, and two bunk beds tucked in the back corner. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom offers a new king bed with a completely updated bathroom.



Just outside the living room door, there’s a staircase providing easy access to the clubhouse and a quick route back after skiing or sledding. While this is an older building, we do our best to keep everything comfortable and welcoming.

Guest Access:

Pool+Hot Tub and Sauna, Game Room and Coin Laundry Available. Restaurant are super! Tai place with Burgers and fries to, Pizza Place, MTN Cafe, etc. If something else suites your fancy, 20 minute drive to Parawon for Hamburger Patty’s Restaurant or Pizza. There is a local Apple Annie’s convenience store located right behind the condo building where you can find all your essential needs. Please note there is an indoor heated parking garage, garage is first come first serve.



Getting Around:

There is a free shuttle that can take you to and from the lifts. There is a Rental place for snowmobiles, ATV etc. right around the corner.

Owner’s are available via email and or phone between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm.
