The property is located on the first floor of La Romantica complex. My favourite bit is without a doubt the terrace! You will be blessed with the beautiful and relaxing view of the lake and mountains in the background, perhaps while enjoying your breakfast, lunch, dinner or a glass of wine :)
Outdoor table and chairs are ready to be used.
The apartment offers a modern and spacious open space with living room and kitchen. You will find everything you need to have some pleasant time at home. Microwave, tableware, cloths, kitchen tools, internet connection, a comfortable sofa and the tv. Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the terrace. On the main floor you will also have the single bed bedroom and the bathroom with washing machine. Fresh bed sheets and towels for all guests are provided. Just at your doorstep, a beautiful communal swimming pool is waiting for you! This is a perfect spot of the property and ideal for a lazy, hot summer day. If you feel more active, then you should take advantage of the tennis court, still part of the complex.
You will be able to park your car in the garage located in the lower ground floor - with direct access to the first floor via lift. I am very proud of my beautiful apartment and I kindly ask you to treat it as if it was yours.
