– Fitness center: Free with pass; classes $25
– Tennis/Pickleball: $24/hr per court
– Bike rentals: $25–$35 adult, $20–$30 child
– Kayak/SUP (Blueberry Pond): $30–$40/hr kayak; $35/hr SUP
• Kids’ activities and shuttle included with pass
• Passes must be picked up and paid for by credit card at the Linx Clubhouse (832 Villages Dr)
• Amenities, rates, and hours subject to change
• A shuttle is required to access Mansion dining

Guest passes are required and must be kept with you at all times as your identification & access key
Guests do not have access to the Ocean Edge Private Beach or Bayside Pool.
Amenities are available to registered guests only. Fees, amenities, and hours are subject to change.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
