WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
• Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability
• A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival
• Lock codes are provided 1 hour before check-in, subject to signing the Rental Agreement
• All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance

Occupancy and Pets
• The total number of guests must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets
• Dogs are allowed (maximum of 3 dogs). Any other types of animals require approval. All pets are subject to a Pet Fee per pet. Dogs should not be left unattended in the unit if there is potential for noise or damage to the property
• Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refund
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM

Amenities
• Starter set of consumables provided (toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffee filters). Additional supplies should be provided by the guest
• Linens and towels included, with beds made upon arrival
• The fireplace is gas; wood is not needed

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway
• Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community
• Parking is limited to 1 car. Additional vehicles must use designated overflow parking. Trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted
• As an upper-level unit, access from parking requires climbing a staircase to the entryway
• The community is reached via a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. AWD/4WD and/or snow tires are strongly recommended in winter

Trash and Recycling
• Trash and single-stream recycling may be left in the unit at the end of your stay

Disclosures
• There is no air conditioning!
• A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
• Cancellation policies are strict. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance
• Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. Please do not leave trash outside
