Beautiful, sunny 150-square-meter home with 3 bedrooms plus a study/sleeping area, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large south-facing terrace sheltered from the neighbors and furnished with sun loungers, set on a large lot.
Enjoy free and unrestricted access to all the amenities of a quiet campground located 5 minutes away, featuring a beautiful water park, indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, water slide, playground, game room, multi-sport field, kids’ club, and inflatable play structures.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area in the office.
One very large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and French doors opening onto the south-facing terrace. Another bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed. The third is a small children’s room with sloped ceilings, featuring two 80 x 200 beds. The final sleeping option is a 140 x 190 sofa bed located in the office area.

Next is a kitchen-living room with a built-in, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, drip coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster)
Then there is a large living room with a sofa, armchair, and TV
Finally, there is an outdoor kitchen with a large sliding glass door opening onto the south-facing terrace, which features an electric grill

There are two bathrooms with bathtubs: one with a shower and a separate toilet, and the other—brand new—with a walk-in shower and another separate toilet

The beach is located 200 meters from the house, as is the bike path connecting St. Gilles Croix de Vie to Les Sables d’Olonnes

Shops, the market (Thursdays and Sundays), the covered market (every morning), and the supermarket are all located 1,000 meters from the house.

Bed linens and towels are not provided but can be rented.

The house must be cleaned at the end of your stay.
