Duplex apartment very well located and quiet

We rent a duplex apartment of 45m ² located at the end of a farmhouse that we occupy.

It is located in the town of Bretenoux, near the Castelnau Castle, in the Dordogne valley and close to many tourist attractions.

At the end of the street you will find a supermarket and 200 meters away the town center of Bretenoux where you will find press, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco, brewery, bank, beautician, ...
Municipal swimming pool and Cinema 5 minutes walk.

On the ground floor, you have a living room with kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and tv.

Upstairs, accessible by a staircase, is the room with bed 2 places anti mites and 1 fireside can be used as extra bed for a child, the bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, the dressing room.

You can enjoy the garden and park your car next to the house.

On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed and / or a stroller.

We provide sheets and towels as well as tea towels and essential products: salt pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper ...

We can advise you on visits, walks, local events. We provide documentation on site to organize your stay.

Upon your arrival, the payment of a deposit of 250euros will be required.

Cleaning is to be done before leaving the apartment but if you want to save yourself this task, we can take care of it for a fee of 30 €.
