The 58 m² "Nice 2" apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The modern apartment offers views of the city’s streets and accommodates up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. On sunny days, the private furnished balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors and relax. Thanks to its ideal location, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport are all nearby. In just a few steps, you are in the beautiful old town with boutiques and shops. The BrixenCard is available exclusively and free of charge to all guests of "Nice Living." It allows unlimited use of all public transport in South Tyrol, free entry to most museums, and access to the Brixen Acquarena wellness center (950 m away). There is also a connection to Plose mountain (8.5 km away), known for its hiking trails and ski slopes, right outside the door.



A storage area for bikes is available. The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for remote work and video calls. No pets allowed. Elevator and step-free access to the apartment. Parties and events are not permitted. A tourist tax must be paid on site.
