Located on the ground floor, in a quiet area about 250 meters above the lake on the slopes of fields of centuries-old olive trees, it gives the opportunity to visit our territory on foot or by bicycle.
The kitchen is complete and habitable for 4 guests, you will find: table and chairs, dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, utensils, stove with 4 gas burners, oven, freezer-fridge, espresso machine (DOLCE GUSTO NESTLé) American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, ceiling fan; from the kitchen you access the utility room with washing machine and cleaning utensils, 32" TV, clothes horse, separate waste collection.
