"This is a lovely updated cottage right in the center of town, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lovely accommodations and an amazing and attentive host! If ever in the area again will certainly look to rebook this property! You will not be disappointed."

"We stayed overnight at Four Boys Farm and it was Phenomenal. Benita was so wonderful as a host. I definitely recommend this farm for a nice getaway. Organized times 10 is how I describe the property."

"I stayed here with a girlfriend for Round Top and we loved it. The drive to was 20-25 minutes max. The house was easy to find and access, great communication with owners, very clean, fully stocked - we didn’t need anything! Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs, water bugs andLooked like repair leftovers on the bathroom floor. The beds and linens were clean. Take hangers if you want to hang something. The house overall was comfortable and we felt safe there."

"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"My wife, two daughters, and I booked this rental for a weekend trip. The house looked exactly like the pictures. It is clean and well appointed. The house has back door access to the well-lit parking which makes carrying in luggage easy. The host provided coffee and tea. We were a few blocks from great restaurants and coffee shops, although one night we decided to stay in and cook. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommend."

"We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, the rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a perfect girls' trip. The location was fantastic—an easy walk to downtown, which made exploring so convenient. The owners were wonderful to work with: easy to communicate with, responsive, and very accommodating. This was one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in, and we'd absolutely book it again. Highly recommend!"

"There were mice droppings under the hide a bed, the Internet was nonexistent, not spotty, the door stuck on the front porch, we killed a very large roach in the bedroom, and the air conditioner in the living room was extremely loud. "

"Everything was great about our stay here! Clean, cute, comfortable. And the host was communicative and super nice in her correspondence!"

"This property was absolutely perfect!! It was so comfortable and closely located to everything. It was well stocked with everything a person could need. Burton is the most precious little town!"
