I am very sorry for the bad experience you had. We worked as quickly as possible to get the room ready for you. It took longer than normal because the guests that took forever to remove their stuff out of the room decided to break everything so we had to clean and replace/fix everything. For the room that you were put in, it was not available it was reserved for somebody else, there reservation was canceled so you did not have to wait any longer. Again I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We do our very best to accommodate all of our guests to the best of our ability. Thank you and good night

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry things were not up to expectations. While we do not have coffee pots in the rooms we usually do serve it in the lobby however it has been allowed since covid started. Pease know I will be taking up the cleaning issues with my staff
