Very stylish and with great attention to detail, this apartment was equipped and furnished. Here, everything was minimalist custom built. On a compact area you can live here nicely. A small entrance area with built-in wardrobe takes you to the gorgeous apartment. Right on the right is the tasteful shower room. On the left you reach the loft bed in the Gr. 160x200. This was built for space reasons as a loft bed- continue to get into the living-dining area.
The compact and tasteful fitted kitchen is also a highlight. Through a door you reach the sunny south-west balcony, which is already equipped with table and chairs.
The studio apartment is located in the 8th. Floor (east side) in a well-kept high-rise.
Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be accommodated in the communal cellar.
Pedestrian area, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, church, Havenwelten and the water can be reached on foot in 2-15 minutes. The fantastic location allows you to easily conquer and enjoy our seaside city with culture.

Further important information:
In front of the house are paid parking spaces for the daily price of € 4 (Monday - Friday from 8-19 clock and Saturday from 8-18 clock).
Furthermore, in front of the house also free short-term parking, parking for up to 2 hours with parking disc.
