Our cottage is 900 square feet and is specifically set up for short-term rentals such as vacations, ND Football home games, local festivals, and events, or just a relaxing family getaway.
The yard is fenced in and you will have access to a private fire pit and screened-in porch. It is completely furnished and has two bedrooms that can accommodate six, with overflow sleeping an additional 2 if required. The kitchen and family room have new flooring and freshly painted. No smoking or pets are allowed. Enjoy the lazy days of summer and the brilliance of the upcoming fall foliage!
