The long house of 132 m2 contains 4 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 3 beds. They are all welcoming with their headboards and cosy touch. The master suite has its own en-suite bathroom. In total, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with bathtub) and 3 toilets are distributed throughout the house, open for holiday rental for 9 people. The independent kitchen (with induction hob) is fully equipped and features large work surfaces. It adjoins the dining room which extends into a large lounge with TV, radio and fireplace. The understated décor is punctuated with refined and family touches. The living area and living spaces benefit greatly from the sunlight entering through the French doors. They open directly onto the tiled terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue allow you to settle in the wooded and enclosed garden.



Between the fields and a small village, this holiday accommodation is well situated, in a peaceful setting and close to multiple activities. It is an excellent starting point for appreciating the various tourist sites of the Vendée. Numerous hiking trails and cycling loops crisscross the surroundings of Brem sur Mer. The town, 1 km away, is alive all year round. After the shops, Dunes beach stretches out facing the Atlantic, conducive to the joys of swimming and relaxation on the sand. Fancy some activity? Forest jogging, cycling circuits, surfing sessions and paddling in the marshes will satisfy you. Just before enjoying an aperitif on the terrace of an oyster bar facing the sunset. And you may be surprised to discover the local vineyard, less well-known than its Nantes neighbour, but a source of good wines. To change your surroundings whilst keeping the seaside spirit, you will visit in turn the seaside town of Les Sables d'Olonne and the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie, about fifteen kilometres away.
