Private owner renting a house nestled in lush greenery, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Brem-sur-Mer. <br>Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find plenty of beaches to choose from depending on your preferences:<br> —I recommend Normandelière Beach for children (follow the road to Brétignolles)<br> —Marais Girard Beach is located just past it. It’s not dangerous either, but be careful—you’ll need to wear water shoes because there are lots of pebbles at high tide. The advantage is that right at the beach exit, you’ll find a wooden playground that’s very popular with the little ones.<br>- The Dunes 1 and Dunes 2 beaches are the closest. They’re favorites among surfers, so they have bigger waves.<br>Les Granges Beach is located on the road to Olonne (via the forest road): it’s the only beach where dogs are allowed (on a leash).<br>Then, of course, there are the beaches in Les Sables d’Olonne (best to go in the morning if you want to find parking) and the beach at Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.<br><br>You’ll be a 5-minute walk from all the shops: bakeries and pastry shops (2), a tobacco and newsstand, Vival and Lidl supermarkets, Biocoop, a pharmacy, a bike rental shop, takeout pizza, and a large market on Tuesdays and Fridays.<br><br>This 65 m² house includes:<br>a 35 m² living room with a 3-seater sofa bed, a large-screen TV, a table for 4–6 people with chairs,<br>a fully equipped open kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and Senseo coffee maker, as well as a toaster.<br><br>a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a 160 bed, and a TV<br>a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a 140 bed<br> a bathroom with a bathtub<br>a separate toilet<br><br>You’ll have access to a lovely garden with trees and flowers, featuring two terraces: one equipped with a large table, 6 chairs, and a parasol; the other equipped with outdoor furniture (a 2-person sofa, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table).<br><br>A parking space is reserved at the entrance to the house.<br>The following items are also available upon request: a travel crib and a very comfortable folding bed (90x190) for one person (please specify when booking)<br><br>The house is equipped with Wi-Fi: <br>and a landline phone that allows you to receive calls only.<br><br>Cats and small dogs are welcome. A litter box will be provided upon request.<br><br>Rentals are available only by the week or fortnight (Saturday to Saturday):<br><br>From the second half of July through the end of August: 750 euros per week<br>A security deposit check for 80 euros to cover cleaning costs will be required on the day of your arrival (which will be returned to you if you have cleaned the property)<br><br><br>Check-in time: 3:30 p.m.<br>Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
