"Chegamos com malas e crianças e, ao estacionar, tivemos que subir de escadas até a recepção. O que me chateou foi que a acomodação possui um elevador de acesso, que evitaria o transtorno, porém só disponibilizam depois que vc faz o check-in (quando você mais precisa, pra subir com malas, não pode contar com o elevador). O hotel é um "complexo" com vários prédios, restaurantes e supermercados, porém não utilizamos devido a nossa breve estadia. O quarto era confortável, porém não existe chuveiro, apenas ducha para utilizar na banheira. A primeira impressão de não poder usar o elevador pra subir com as malas, no frio, não me faz ter interesse em ficar na acomodação novamente."
