This 50 m² holiday home, fully renovated and equipped, accommodates up to 5 guests. It is on the ground floor of a villa with three units, faces south, and offers a private entrance, an inner courtyard ideal for children, and a parking space.



Inside, you'll find a living area with a lounge (flat-screen TV) and dining space, all open to a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).



The first bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom features a double bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washing machine; the toilet is separate.



Enjoy a private, enclosed outdoor space facing south, ideal for sun all day. Amenities include a table with parasol, garden furniture, sun lounger, and plancha grill.
