Gîte de la Mer: Stunning Sea View Opposite the Beach

Welcome to Gîte de la Mer in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, a charming seaside resort on the Normandy coast. Just steps from the beach and shops, enjoy a relaxing stay between sea and nature in a peaceful, friendly setting. The carefully renovated gîte offers a lovely sea view and a terrace perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing to the sound of the waves.



Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal is known for its vast sandy beach, preserved dunes, summer markets, and many activities: shellfish gathering, sailing, coastal walks, or exploring Granville and the nearby Mont-Saint-Michel bay. It’s an ideal spot for a family or friends’ holiday, following the rhythm of the Normandy tides.



The gîte is arranged as follows:



• Ground floor: 1 double bedroom facing the garden, 1 bathroom with toilet

• 1st floor: living/dining room with sea view, fully equipped kitchen with garden view, 1 toilet, and two terraces (one garden side, one sea side)

• 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk facing the garden, 1 double bedroom facing the sea

• Mezzanine: 1 double bedroom facing the sea



Optional cleaning service, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra fee. Please contact the owner via the booking platform if you wish to book these options.



Electricity is included up to a daily allowance; any extra consumption is available for an extra fee.
