The Sonnenschein holiday apartment is brand new. It is located in the Juliusruh beach house, directly on the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in Juliusruh.

From the large terrace, you can hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the light and warmth of the sun.

The living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, and access to the spacious terrace with garden furniture. A separate sofa bed is also available.

The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe, and also has a flat-screen TV. The location in the pleasantly quiet part of Juliusruh ensures a restful sleep.

A beach access point leads directly to the Baltic Sea from the front door.
