Open living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
