Talk about location: You’re just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then you can ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Condo is a great value for an in-town condo close to the slopes!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo works perfectly for families and groups of up to six – and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and a desk/work area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks, and there’s seating for four at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

We loved the location of this condo! We were able to walk everywhere we went. The layout was great for our family having both bedrooms upstairs & living room down. The kitchen has everything thing we needed & we really enjoyed the little patio in the treetops. The maids didn't do the best job, there was hair still in the bottom of the shower. di the

Following the instructions that were provided via email, it was easy to arrive and just drive up to our condo. Keyless entry and parking garage with elevator was nice. The two story condo provided ample space for our family. All the appliances worked properly but the TV was a little complicated for us since it’s outdated.

Wonderful place to stay, walking distance to town, condo was stocked with everything I needed including a washer and dryer. I would totally stay here again on my next adventure in Breckenridge. They were easy to communicate with, and that was very much appreciated!

The location is perfect. A 10 minute or less walk to anywhere in town. The parking garage was no problem and I saw many large SUVs and pickups fit comfortably. The condo is a bit dated and we felt the bed was too hard but those are small complaints. Overall a great stay.

Overall the property and management were great. Property is in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown, multiple ski lifts, and the gondola. The 4 o'clock run brings you right across from the condo at the end of the day skiing. The parking garage was empty when I stayed, but was large enough to fit my lifted full size pickup, which was a concern prior to my arrival. Management responded to texts in a timely manner when I needed and gave us privacy otherwise. Condo is a bit dated, but everything we used inside worked just fine. Beds were plenty comfy enough. The price was also unbelievable. I would definitely stay again.

very clean and close to the town center as well as 5-10min walk to the lift. not having to worry about parking and just being able to enjoy the mountain was great! only negative was we did not have access to ski locker even though that was ā€œincludedā€.
