Perfect for walking to town or the lifts. Fireplace and a big porch and a washer n dryer. Elevator and cart to get stuff upstairs. The trash collection area is close and perfect, how clever! The shower is strong and water gets plenty hot. *The sign by the garage door opener /entry to garage has a 7’ height limit sign,( it stopped the car in front of us and we all had to back up and confirm space or clearance) But **the advertised higher number in the listing to the property is correct. We made it in w our 7’6” overall w rooftop carrier just fine.Coffe pot for grounds, not pods, ( no complaints just so if shopping ahead you know) i dont know about summer temps but having no a/c in winter was no problem. They have two humidifiers, dont need to bring that. Thank you to the owners for putting this place in the rental pool, its just perfect, pictures dont do justice and the heated kitchen etc floors are soo sweet! Not affecting our happiness w place, just note to owner. Light bulbs needed in bedroom fan light, we did not get around to that, but found prob and replugged in something that was not plugged in up in wall behind tv, for tv to work in bedroom. One window lock in master not there and other window in master needs attention to the crank that opens it. Im sure your management company pays attention to that but you and they, never know small things if we dont report. I recommend this place highly.
