You’ll walk to the Gondola via the Skyway Skiway underpass, avoiding the need to cross Park St, the main road. Ride the Gondola to the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ski all day, and then ski down the 4 O’Clock Gondola Back Run to get back to the condo – about a ½ block walk. After skiing, it’s a short one-block stroll to restaurants, the Blue River, bars, and downtown shopping.

The Neighborhood: This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining.
Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, which is lined with trees and runs parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. Live music fans can enjoy concerts at Riverwalk Center, where indoor heated seating is available in winter and lawn seating in summer. Experience Peak 8’s Epic Discovery in warmer months with its alpine slide, roller coaster, and mini-golf. You’re also within walking distance of the town’s main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and bustling Main Street. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can catch the free trolley—an ideal way to explore downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly access the ski slopes via the BreckConnect Gondola, just blocks from the home, which takes you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
Other Things to Note: Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Please note that the pool is available only during the summer season and closes in late September. The hot tub is typically closed for about two weeks in October for cleaning due to the constant falling leaves.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
