You’re literally steps from the Snowflake Lift, and you can walk or catch the convenient shuttle bus to all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Ski to the lift in the morning, ski in for lunch, and be back on the lift in minutes. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

This studio, 1-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to four. Inside, the living area is warm and cozy with south-facing windows that provide all-day sunshine. You can even wave to the skiers and boarders as the glide by on the Snowflake Lift just outside! There’s a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchenette features granite tile counters and has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats four for breakfast, dinner, or snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including: large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The condo lived up to its expectations. Access via keypad everywhere on property was very useful and proximity to the Snowflake list was ideal. It was also nice to have great water pressure especially after a long day of skiing.

Condo was exceptionally clean, parking is secure. Communication was great, very accurate and incredibly helpfu. The location is fantastic. Walk out the door a trail up the mountain just down the street. Go down the mountain short distance to Main Street good food great times.

This Vrbo home was lovely! I requested and received early check-in, and although there were some initial challenges with the parking code, the owners were immediately responsive and very helpful. The home was clean, well-kept, and stocked with fresh toiletries (a great place to stay for five days while I attended a local leadership development program). My only cautions are that the gym is quite small and dated, and the vending machine took my money without dispensing a drink. Overall, though, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Property management sucks

The bldg is very close to the snowflake lift. Very convenient in and out. The unit is small but has everything you need. Very comfy for the wife & I. The bedroom is next to the entrance door. It has no inner security lock. Anyone with the right code can come into you room while you're sleeping 6 ft away. We put a suitcase in front of the door. The management co, Summit Mountain resorts was unresponsive to 3 calls complaining about a backed up sink. Each time they said they would send someone out to address it. It was never fixed. Nice little place for a couple and maybe 2 kids.

Cozy condo

Loved the communication pre, during and post stay. Good supply of towels, toilet paper, tissues etc. Especially loved the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Very convenient location for ski in/ski out. The only complaint was that the mattress seemed too soft (did not sleep well in the bed). Otherwise, very happy with our choice.

Great location to lift and city and bus

The property was well appointed and perfectly located very close to the snowflake lift and bus pick up to many steps throughout the city. We actually took short walked to downtown for dinner as well. (The kitchen was more of a kitchenette in that there was no oven) but everything we needed for our week stay..

Cozy ski in/ski out !

This property is very nice being right on the 4 o’clock run. It was cozy, romantic, and just enough space for two! We had a wonderful time, a true ski in/ski out rental! The hot tub(s) were perfect after a day of skiing and snowboarding. Very close to Main Street and everything you need. The only issue we had was the coffee machine was unfortunately unusable due to mold growing throughout it. We had to buy coffee every morning, which wasn’t far thankfully. However, it was a lovely condo and we would happily go back! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice and convenient stay

Great location for skiing! Just a minute walk to the Snowflake lift and the Lower 4 O'Clock run brings you out right across the street. As good as it gets for a condo ski in/ski out.Charter Sports (Blue Sky location) is 75' from the Snowflake lift and did a great job outfitting us with skis and offers overnight drop off or you can store skis in the private ski locker (in garage, ground level) at the condo building. Either is great.Very good communication from Management company, no complaints.The Condo is on the small side but perfect for a couple or family of 4. No oven but the kitchenette is otherwise very usable. Separate toilet and shower which helps while getting ready (both have sinks). Queen sized bed slept well, didn't try the living room sofa bed. 2 large smart TV's with cable and wifi keeps you in touch with technology.FreeRide bus stop next to lift takes you to shops or main restaurant area or over the the other ski base areas. The building has heated garage parking and an outdoor hottub plus a small indoor hottub, steam room, sauna and a laundry room (bring quarters!).We were very happy with our stay and are already looking at dates for next year!

Beautiful Breckenridge condo

This was my first stop on my trip to the beautiful mountains of Colorado and it did not disappoint!! It was beautifully decorated and I had everything I needed for my two days there. The location was perfect - I was able to go for a hike right outside and also walked downtown to get lunch and do some shopping. Communication with the property management staff was excellent, and checking in and out was very easy. Next time I'm planning a trip to Breckenridge I will definitely try to book this same condo again!

Time to get away

We spent two nights in Breckenridge to celebrate our anniversary and also enjoy the changing of the aspens. This unit was perfect for a brief get-a-way to one of our fav spots in CO. The condo was immaculate. The bed was comfy and the shower was to die for (big rain shower head!) The small kitchenette appeared to be well stocked for simple food prep although we enjoyed the local cuisine instead of cooking. The location was convenient and the free bus shuttle dropped us off just steps from our building. I especially liked all the directions about how things worked in the condo. We had absolutely no problems. Pre-, during, and post communication from the local management team was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo

The condo itself was a cozy, inviting space that felt like a home away from home. The amenities provided were thoughtful and catered to all our needs, from the fully equipped kitchen for our morning breakfasts to the comfortable beds that were a welcome sight after a day of adventures. The added convenience of having a dedicated parking spot and ski storage was the icing on the cake, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.
