Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.

Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub.

Parking Limit: Maximum of 1 vehicle per unit (HOA policy). No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed. Parking costs $55 per night in winter and $25 per night in summer; advance reservation is required and availability is limited.

Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry.
