Looking for a great spot for your Breckenridge adventure? Park Place Mount Blue Sky Condo is close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. You can even ski down Four Oā€™ Clock Run and walk to this condo! The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. Youā€™ve found a winner here!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six. Walking into the living area, youā€™ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. Thereā€™s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Youā€™ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

July stay

Excellent location. Toilet in one bathroom was not cleaned and we were given the wrong key code for the unit. Had to tell the downstairs kids to turn down the music at their parties 2 different nights. However, the unit was nice and was very close to downtown, just a couple minute walk. We had no oven mitts and the manager got them to us the day we asked, so excellent service from management.

In town rental

This place feels like a cabin and has the necessities. It was very cozy and the location was awesome. Biggest downside was the quality of the beds. Would rent again.

Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo

Week long ski stay

Well maintained and comfortable condo in a great location. A short walk to the Snowflake lift and on the bus line to the base of peak 9. Easy ski in from 4 oā€™clock run. The kitchen was well stocked. (Does need a larger frying pan.) Washer and dryer were very helpful.

Couldnā€™t have asked for more convenience. The condo had everything needed, check in was very smooth with the lockbox, everything was clean, and management was always responsive. I hope we can visit again!

Very Convenient to Breck

Great place! Not super updated but has all you need for your stay. My family made it our home away from home for 2 weeks. Breck is a fantastic place for families over the summer. Manager is extremely responsive and will answer all questions promptly.

Cool Retro Vibe; Amazing Location

The location was great. Definitely walking distance to peak 9 lifts. It also is a short walk from the 4 oā€™clock town run, if you want to end your ski day right at the condo. It is important to note that the ā€œhikeā€ up to the condo from the parking lot is pretty strenuous. Itā€™s three stories up and youā€™re at ~8k feet in elevation. There is no elevator, so just be ready to carry stuff up!

Great Location

We had a good visit. There was a problem with TV in bedroom and remote lacked batteries and the main chair in living room seemed to be broken. That being said-location is perfect for skiing and getting in and out of town.

Other than being a little dated, the condo was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Although a three-floor walk up did not appear to be an issue for us when we booked the trip, some in our group found the walk up to be exhausting due to altitude

I've stayed in this complex (and, I believe, this unit) multiple times. It is well-appointed and spacious. The location is convenient for walking to skiing and anywhere in the village.

Roomy condo in great location.

Had a wonderful stay at this centrally located condo. Never had to use my car, and could get around Breckenridge pretty easily. The property is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen. Loved using the steam shower, or using the hot tub at night to relax before bed. Wifi worked great.

Propery is good

Overall the property is really good. The only downsides are it is on the 3rd floor, and this is no elevator. There is also no equipment storage on the lower level, so you have to carry your gear up 3 flights while in ski boots (or leave them in the car at night) The property is about about a 10 min walk from main street, which is good if you like night life, but requires a 1/3 mil walk to the bus that takes you to the gondoal, that takes you to the mountain. its 30-45 minutes from walking out the door, until you get to the mountian lift, and on weekends is another 15-20 min wait in line.. so from putting boots on, to starting skiing was a hour. And that was not right at open, or close. you CAN ski back to less than a 1/4 mile away from the property, which is nicer than riding the gondolas. Breskenridge in general is not a location friendly resort, regardless of where you stay. At the end of the day, almost everyone has to get on the general to ride back down to parking lots. at least with tis property, at the end of they day you can follow the "lower 4 oclock" run almost back to the property, There is even a sign that says "PARK PLACE" on that trail, so you know where to stop and go towards the property. Thermostats in each bedroom as well as the main area is nice. only used 1 bed, but it was memory foam, and super comfortable.. gas fireplace is more of a comsetic thing, it didnt seem to produce much heat in the room.
