Great access to the slopes and downtown: What else could you want for your next stay in Breck? Well, how about a comfy condo with great amenities and room for eight! This is a place you and your group will want to come back to year after year. Go ahead: Everyone is going to love it!

Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. Walking into the living area, you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony. There’s also great natural light, plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, room for eight at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

You’ll love being just steps from all the restaurants and shops Main Street has to offer, as well as having very easy access to the free shuttle to take you around town and the mountain in both summer and winter. Go ahead: Book Park Place Bonanza today!

- Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with tub/shower and two sinks, large flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Suite 2: queen bed, twin bunk bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile steam shower. (sleeps 4)
- Living room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- Please note this a 2nd floor walk-up condo w/ stair access only.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Condo was located close to town and had significant street noise. Biggest issue was the missing bbq grill…we had planned on grilling two meals and had transported ingredients from home. This caused significant inconvenience. The property manager asked that I submit a screenshot showing the grill was an amenity…we booked our stay in March for the end of August, I didn’t keep a screenshot of the amenities! I did however submit a picture that displayed the grill along with a picture of the grease stain on the deck where the grill had been located. Response thereafter was the HOA required removal of grills but other properties at same complex still had grills present. Condo was reasonably clean except behind the beds and dressers where it was very dusty. The beds were comfortable. Handles on the refrigerator were loose. A carpet tack strip could be felt from the primary bedroom to the bath. A transition strip into the kitchen was loose and a trip hazard. I would not stay here again.

Fabulous location and the unit was set up with everything we needed. A perfect stay for our family. My only negative comment is that the unit does not get a lot of natural light BUT you should be outside enjoying the view anyway!

Excellent location

This property was clean and a great location. It is an 11 min walk to the gondola or a 3 min walk. To the bus stop. We could walk to the shops in town in 5 minutes. We would book here again. This property is as described.

Loved our stay at Park Place Condominiums. A few steps to the 2nd or 3rd floor units, there is no elevator but the unit was very nice, working fireplace, new appliances and a stocked kitchen. Even had some spices and some items in the pantry. We also paid it forward! Check in & out was very easy!

Family Ski Trip

This place was adequate. We booked 3 weeks prior, so not much was available. Not truely a ski-in/ski out, but was close to the free Breck bus stop and you could ski down and walk through a parking lot, across the road to access the unit. I would not sleep more than 4 adults in this unit as the 2nd bedroom is small and the bunkbeds very uncomfortable.The management team reached out within 18 hours of check-in to see if we needed anything, which we did.As previous comments stated, this unit had no glassware for drinking except for a beer glass and a few mismatched wine glasses. I requested a set of drinking glasses. They delivered them within 24 hours. This place needs a refresh in some areas. I shared a picture with managment of the large hole on the back of the couch and that the small blinds in the master do not go down. The dishes have chips in them and most of the cookware is non-stick, which have large scratches in them. The location was good for walking into town and the outside of the buliding was maintained with snow and ice removal. The hottubs were small and usually full after a ski day and the pool was to far to walk to in winter.Overall, I would look at staying closer to Peak 9 or at a place with more amenities.

Perfect location for skiers!

The property was perfect for our family of five. (2 adults and 3 17-19 year olds). There was plenty of space to hang out in the kitchen and family room. The walk to the Snowflake lift is about 10 minutes slightly uphill but you can ski down Four O'Clock run and walk 2 minutes to the condo. Christie Sports is across the street if you need any equipment. Very close to the center of downtown. We would stay here again!

Great Stay in Breckenridge

We loved our time at this condo. We loved the walkability to Main Street and the well equipped kitchen. The only negative came when we had our kids pick up their bedroom before departure and they found several pieces of trash (including a Babybel) under the bed that predated our stay.

Great location!

The condo was in an awesome location. We didn't use the car at all after we arrived. Town was an extremely short walk away, the gondola was also an easy walk in the summer. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location but not too clean

This was a fantastic location. The property is beautiful. Condo is perfect but need a good clean. The fireplace wasn’t working, husband cleaned it and got it going. Dishwasher was moldy and unsanitary and could not be used during the stay (email the property privately but they never even acknowledged my email) balcony was filthy and bbq needs a good scrub. The living room has the most comfortable sofas and the second bathroom even had a steam option in the shower. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again (but I would bring my cleaning supplies)

Great location and layout

Great unit and good stay overall, just wish we had a better response from the management company on an issue noted below. This unit has a nice layout, with a bedroom/bathroom on either side of the entrance hallway, and a good sized living room/kitchen/dining area in the back half of the unit. Bedrooms have lots of storage and use space really well, and separation of bathroom/shower areas provided good privacy. Beds were fine, with extra blankets available in the closets. Plenty of nice bath towels. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, etc., but do include things like oil and salt on your shopping list. The owner/property manager might also consider adding to the supply of glassware. Overall the unit was clean enough — it could use a deep clean, but that’s understandable at the end of ski season. Check in was a keyless entry, and parking was easy and stress-free with two parking passes hanging in the entryway. Easy walk to town and the shuttle. The unit is on the second floor, accessed by stairs. One bummer about our stay was the smell of smoke in the living/dining areas when we arrived. I contacted the property management company to ask if they had an air purifier, and their response was, “… you can try to open the windows. You may also try to buy an air purifier from the nearest grocery store.” I’m not sure who is visiting Breckenridge to shop for an air purifier. We kept the patio door open for a couple of days — which helped but obviously made it colder inside.
