UPPER VILLAGE POOL CLUBHOUSE:
• Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the approximate following dates: October 1 - November 9th: CLOSED November 10th- April 13th: OPEN April 14th - Memorial Day weekend: CLOSED Memorial Day weekend - September: OPEN *This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the complex that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited
LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O'clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
> The minimum age to rent is 23. > There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. > This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding the potential effects of high altitude. > There is no air conditioning. Most properties in the area do not have A/C. > Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. > Guests have the ability to park up to one car in the outdoor parking area.
