Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day! A new memory foam King Bed and queen pull out sofa make this super comfy for up to 4 travelers!
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. A laundry facility at the end of the hallway makes this a perfect spot for a work from home adventrue! Ask us about out monthly rates! StayLTD also manages multiple condos in the complex and nearby so let us know if you have a larger group and all want your own place or upgrade to a larger one!
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." This rental met all of our needs, including pet friendly, and was in a perfect location right by Main Street. The bed was comfortable, the check-in / check-out process and communications were clear, simple, and helpful, and the space had everything my we needed for a fun weekend getaway. Thank you!

Great location, facility is clean, and a responsive host. This 1 bedroom apartment worked out great for my husband, my child and myself. Just off Main Street with a small grocery store across the road made it super convenient.

Nice Condo, 1 block from the restaurants and shopping. We had a great overnight stay; wish we could have stayed longer. The only complaint was no working outlets in the bathroom for a hair dryer. Since it was the morning, we were leaving, I didn't have time to call so I just used the one in the bedroom.

We had a great experience with this rental. Brett was great and communicated well. The covered parking was very convenient, we were right next to some of the best restaurants on main street, and it was just a few minutes walk to the peak 9 lifts. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying that Brett is a fantastic host. His communication was clear, timely and helpful leading up to the trip. During the trip when we had a need to reach out, he was remarkably responsive. The condo is in a perfect location. We never needed our car...access to everything on foot. The condo is beautifully upgraded and had everything we needed. It is small, which for us as a couple was perfect. You could potentially add a kiddo on the sofa bed, but I would not recommend more than two adults. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

The property was in a great location, but the building is pretty run down. I know this isn't the owner's fault, but we were surprised. There was a neighbor above us playing loud music until late in the night. I believe that many of the other units are permanent residences. The parking garage is not really large enough to move around in, so we didn't even attempt it, we just parked outside. The unit itself had been mostly updated so the living area looks nice. The bathroom is still pretty dated and there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately, we came during an unprecedented heat wave, so the bedroom was too hot, but I realize the heat is unusual. Overall, it was a good place for one night. I wouldn't have been able to stay much longer without getting sleep. But, in general, it was a nice place and would have given it 5 stars if there was A/C.

The photos made the unit appear much larger then it was. Had the area of the unit been specified, I would not have rented it. It was too small for 3 adults for 2 weeks. The bedroom had no window so it was dark. There was only 1 very small 2 drawer chest in the closet for storage and 1 hangar in the closet. It took us 3 days to get more hangars. Other than toilet bowl cleaner and small bottles of dishwashing soap, there were no cleaning products. I’ve never stayed at a ST rental unit without cleaning products. T

A thoroughly remodeled condo in an older building, with indoor parking, a one-block walk to town and to the free town bus to the slopes. The space was suitable for two of us and our dog, with a king bed and comfortable living room (with a giant TV). We’ll stocked kitchen was large enough for our needs. Storage space for clothing and gear is modest.

We really enjoyed our stay-the description and pictures were spot on. The check in/out process was very easy. I did have a question checking in and my call was answered immediately. The condo was clean, well equipped and in the most perfect location to hit the shops/restaurants and Peak 9. A grocery store was conveniently across the street-which proved helpful a few times. We would love to return at some point and will definitely consider this property-you should too!

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The unit was represented fairly In listing. Unfortunately the property management was unable to accommodate early check-in (despite the listing saying They would if given advance notice). We asked to just park early at the unit but was curtly denied without any alternate suggestions provided. Curt denial was due to the need of cleaners and inspectors although check out was at 10 AM and check in at 4 PM. I couldn't imagine needing six hours for a one bedroom unit. Ultimately, last minute they were able to offer early check in an hour and 30 minutes prior but we had made other Accommodations on our own. Slightly disappointed in communication with property management - don't expect above and beyond owner style recommendations/suggestions on how to accommodate a disability. Heating works Great but the unit has limited airflow management so we got extremely hot in there despite dropping thermostat. No duvet cover provided for the pull out couch with wine stains on the actual duvet. Parking was challenging in the garage and you must be an expert at parallel parking/ maneuvering your vehicle to fit in those spaces - if you're lucky there might be parking outside but we were not so lucky. Dog friendly building and thin walls so expect some noise. We didn't mind bc had a dog ourselves but he barked more bc he heard the others. Overall a great clean unit (amazing TV!) with an excellent location and would recommend staying if you just want to be close to town!
