The main living area features vaulted ceilings and a large gas fireplace. There are two comfortable couches plus a SmartTV with cable service. This large open space includes the kitchen and dining table, which accommodates ten, plus four at the bar. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, plus Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, blender, cooking gadgets, and dining utensils. Also on this level is the first master bedroom and en-suite bath:
• King bedroom, walk-in closet, gas fireplace, SmartTV. Take in amazing views of Bald Mountain from your private reading nook! The master bathroom features a private laundry, double vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. Should you need to get some work done, this level has a large study featuring two large desks with comfortable chairs and a SmartTV.

The second master suite is located a split level down and features amazing views of the Ten Mile Range:
• King bedroom, with a lounging chair and window bench, plus a SmartTV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Three other bedrooms and a second living room are located on the next level down. There is a spacious ski room with seating and storage, and direct access to the Snowflake trail. The second living room includes a SmartTV with cable access as well.
• King bedroom, en-suite bathroom with a combined tub and shower.
• Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Bunk room with two sets of bunk beds: Twin/Twin, and Twin/Full.

Ski Area Access: Located just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Main St, this home offers true ski-in/ski-out access to the world-renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake ski run sits just behind the property, providing a direct route down to the Snowflake Chairlift. After carving turns and chasing powder, enjoy the unbeatable convenience of skiing straight back to the home, where comfort and relaxation await.

Please note that bedroom SmartTV require your own streaming service. The two in the living rooms do include cable.

We welcome reservations up to twelve months in advance. This home is not suitable for events, pets, or smoking. 4WD is recommended. The location is ideal for direct mountain access all yea-round, and the free shuttle stop is located a short walk from the house. The hot tub will be serviced before your arrival, and all linens and towels are provided. We re local and available if you need assistance or concierge.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
