High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and elevator access makes for easy entry.

Parking is available for two vehicles.

Please note that parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. For overflow vehicles, paid overnight parking is available at the Stephen West Ice Arena (south of town) or the Airport Road Satellite Lot (north of town, including RV and trailer access).

Important: In the winter, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required due to snow and ice on all surfaces, including roads and driveways.
