Ski valet involves, overnight ski storage including boot heaters and lockers to store street shoes while skiing. Charter Sports is located on Level 1 of Grand Central Station, Building C.

An initial supply of: • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) • Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit) • Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)
Special Notes: • Parking – 1-car garage • AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st • No weddings, events or parties allowed. Large unit right next to the Free Ride shuttle stop! an easy 4 stops to the Beaver Run lift, avoiding the quicksilver lift or an easy 15 minute walk downhill to the quicksilver chair! Super easy walk to main street for eating or shopping and a quick walk to a grocery store if you are going to cook at the condo. Lots of pots and pans, 2 coffee makers, big fridge plus a washer/dryer stack made our long stay easier. Single unit downstairs with a private garage made storing our boards and boots super convenient! Double bunk in the extra bedroom and a pull out sofa for extra guests, large unit. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Walking distance to everything on Main St. It’s on the first floor so no steps and the parking is right at the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Breckenridge and want to be within walking distance to town. Very clean property. The hot tub was also nice and mostly vacant. We felt very comfortable here and will be back!

Summer Hiking
This condo was fantastic! it was clean, well equipped, walking distance into Breck, and best of all close to some amazing hikes! We had a brilliant time. Hiked, soaked in the hot tub and used the kitchen to cook our meals! The main street foot and vehicle traffic dose get a little loud with the windows open- but it didn't bother us in the least.

Can’t wait to return!
I have to admit, I was skeptical about staying in a ground floor unit… but we LOVED this condo! It was very quiet, and separated from the sidewalk behind the unit by a line of trees that made sitting on the patio feel more private. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the complex was very quiet. Access to a garage was just down the hall which made loading/unloading our car super easy… and the additional, free nearby parking spots for extra cars was so convenient. Checkin was a breeze, and we were even allowed to access the unit before the 4PM checkin time.
The only issue we had was the sliding screen door to the patio was difficult to open and close, and we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work (this was most likely user error… but, maybe a “how to” instruction sheet similar to that that explained the pullout bed would be really helpful!)
We have stayed in Breck many times, and this unit is our new favorite - we look forward to returning!

Great location in walking distance to downtown Breck. Easy access to the free ride bus to the lifts. Great supply of necessities, pillows and towels and love parking in the garage during the snow storm! The only negative is road noise in the living area which is heavier on the busy weekends.

Nice first floor condo with a garage and walk to the main streets
This unit was just as nice as the photos. We enjoyed the property and the location was right on the south end of the main streets but still very walkable. This made for a relatively quiet stay and allowed us to open the windows in the evening.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at the Raptor condo! The condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos.
It was also ideally located within walking distance to the Breckenridge main street shopping. Our grandchildren loved the board games, Netflix, and having an oven so we could bake chocolate chip cookies at the end of the day. We highly recommend this property! The property management group were terrific!

Summer trip
Property was close to Breckinridge Main Street area. It’s just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. It was easy to find and very comfortable for 4 people. It has a nice setup for people to have privacy if needed and a full kitchen for making meals, coffee, etc.
